Yes, it's a web forgery of the Orkut site.

Edit : The main site, which is displayed in the first post here, but not linked to correctly, seems OK. However, it is also probably in breach of the TOS because it is not primarily in English.

Great site! It has been blocked by all major browsers for phishing!
