Nice site idea.Noble one.
Basic Joomla site though.
You might need a co.cc domain(free) something like http://pastorsdesk.co.cc to your site.It works similar to Top level domain and its free.Others are uni.cc,cz.cc,vv.cc etc
Site speed is OK but I think you have asked for review on sites look and feel rather than the site's abilities
You can go to http://extensions.joomla.org and look for many free addons to your site.
Please change the font on your image to white color or any lighter color and make it visible without strain on the eyeballs.
