Okay here is what I think should change:
1. Get a logo for the top banner or better framing or something
2. Fix spelling errors. Its spelled "dose"
3. Explain on the site what the site is
4. Change the main text so another more easily readable font
If you do all that your site will be on the right track.

Dear Friend,
WP-robot is banned on X10 hosting.Please delete the plugin from your wordpress site ASAP.Else Mr.Livewire will catch you with his code and will pose a permanent suspension.
As far as X10 is concerned,you can
1.use all freebie / open source plugins,templates
2.can purchase copyrighted plugins and install (but not wp-robot kind of stuff)
