My site is here. It is a fairly new site . Any input is appreciated.

Nice and simple layout.

But that animating speaker is too big,its of about 676 KB,which will result in greater loading time and unnecessary bandwidth consumption.

takes forever to load. make things have a bit less of a load time.

I agree about the image it is too large, also it doesn't look very nice, I think a static image would be better.
You could also do with a background colour, as it looks quick bland at the moment.
Finally you need to sort out the width, some things are wider than others etc.
