Marquees are very poor. Static text will do nicely.
On your second layout, your menu causes the whole page to drop down.
Your photo is a large file that you are resizing using the <img> tags. Resize the photo in paint or photoshop instead.
Interesting you've used a clear image to block the text. Is this needed, as it will flag up a security risk when using NoScript?
The welcome message should be removed.
For your age it's a damn fine first go, especially as a demo of CSS. Keep it up, you're doing a lot better than most peoples first go

Just remove the welcome message and make the marquees static text, and it would be better.
I see people posting saying "its good for your age", may I ask how old you are so I can add my opinion on it too?

It looks good, but I'm not sure quite what the point of the website is, and it sounds like you're putting up a lot of personal information... I strongly suggest you don't put your phone number on there, and I would register a special email account specially for the website, it takes a few minutes and saves you a lot of hassle with spam in your normal account. If you can, put a mute button for the music, and definitely get rid of the welcome on the original layout page. Looks promising though!

The photo loads real slow, because it it a rather big one originally, and gets scaled down on the webpage.
If you put a scaled down image on there, the quality will be the same, but it will load much quicker.

Try to use divs instead of a table - it makes it feel more professional.
And yes, dont use marquees - and also, that music is nice
And by the way - dont have a "Registered IP", because some people dont know their IP address.

I dont personally like the colour purple, try having a purple background, but a container with i lighter colour behind the content. It keeps everything neat.
The image is a whopping 1117.11 kb. Use a program like Paint.net to convert it to a PNG image. PNG is the best mime for a ratio of quality:size. It would suck the bandwidth like mad.
