all your graphics need to be fixed

it takes ages for your site to load and i have 8mbit internet connection
e.g. the photos of people are huge but scaled down
720px × 749px (scaled to 53px × 53px)

Thumbnails should be the size they are displayed at, not huge pictures reduced with the <img> tag

An enourmous GIF as your header cripples download times.

The page is huge, even on 1024x768 it falls off the screen

It's clearly a template site.

Why do you have adverts on a website only you and your friends use?

Your site is too wide, you should also change the text colour to something a little darker so that it stands out more - The banner at the top is the first thing you see and ruins it for me as it was grainy .This is just being picky now but you user name and password boxes aren't lined up exactly, there's like a pixel either way.

First thing I notice is the not very good header.
Plain white with some text on top in an ok style. Get a nice, cool background behind it!
Next, it's all pushed to the left. What's wrong with the centre of the screen?
Layout of the main stuff is very weird for me also... And it says that you downloaded it from clantemplates whatever that is... Try getting someone to edit that for you and make it actually all fit together properly etc.

I really like your design and layout.That analog clock looks cool.The main thing that i noticed is that bottom of your right table looks merely blank.
