After you put up a website that falls inline with our terms of service and your account is at least 7 days old you may post a support ticket requesting for these limits to be lifted.
You're on day 2 of 7, and your site is currently not in a language supported via our TOS:
* Language Restriction At this time we only support sites that are in English, Spanish, or French. Sites not in one of these languages will be suspended.
Both the site and the primary language of the forum are in Turkish with no option to translate to English shy of using an automated service such as Google Translate, which doesn't count for the Language Restriction. All content would have to be manually translated to English, French, or Spanish.
As such we cannot lift the restrictions at this time; neither requirement has been met.
