Review the speed of loading for my free online games site

My site is www.igames.org.uk and its a free online games site. Recently the homepage has taken longer to load, I would like tips on speeding it up.

It depends if you are on paid or free hosting really.

The images are taking a while, but you also seem to be loading the actual page twice.

I am on free hosting but all the same the over pages dont take as long to load.

Not loading for me. May be it's down now.

Edit: I've tried it now and now it's loading with fine speed.

I tried it several different times, clearing browser cache between attempts. The results of that were predictable. Sometimes the site loads very quickly and other times it loads very slowly. This is to be expected on the free servers. My web site has the same issue with varying load times. However, on an average, your site loads fairly quickly.
