I Like the way it looks, navigation is simple. The only thing I would change is the horizontal menu - I'd make it the same width as the page content - it just looks like something is missing there.

thanks for feedback. Indeed it was missed place. It was reserved social bookmark. It is now added. By the way, there is nice service for making social bookmarks: www.addthis.com. It is very handy

Site is looking good.

Just try to use different images for different sections.

And if the top menu has hovering effect then it looks good. And also if you use the current tab with different color(like highlighting the tab) then looks very nice.
