Rights to articles

Hello,

I have just joined.

- Who owns the rights to the articles I submit?
- If my account is terminated, will I be able to collect back my articles?
- In what file format should I submit my article?
- What is the minimum number of words I should have in my article?
-Will my article be moderated first before being published?
- Am I the one responsible for putting adverts in my article?

I would be very happy if all these questions are answered.
