Rounding Corners in HTML

Im want to round the corners on my page, I think you can do it using HTML but im not sure. If you know the code please could you post it or direct me to relevent web pages

I think it can be done by either using images, or by CSS. I have never tried to make rounded corners. But if you make four corner images then a couple of side/top images, then arrange them either using tables or divs and css, it would be possible.
