routing Issues

[galaxyAbstractor]

Ok whenever I use FTP I get disconnected and blocked from all Stoli and can't connect either with http nor ftp. If I restart my computer to get a new IP it works again until I use FTP again. I ran a tracert command and got this:

My ISP says they can't block just 1 server because there is some law that says they can't. They said either they block all servers from me or none.

I have changed your sites IP. Please allow a few minutes for the server to update the info. Please flush your dns and clear your browsers cache.
