That is yet to be decided. But for sure port 80 would be blocked for a while.
What script are you using? If it is widespread one, we might be able to put the IP used by the backend as an exception. That way at least the admin backend would work correctly. We can unfortunately not make exceptions for IP's only used by one or a few at the front end of their site, such as for external RSS feeds.

Can switch from php to javascript but java is not good for the likes of google and yahoo and such
