Due to the fact that RSS feeds are becoming more and more popular, I think that the addition of RSS feed support to the announcements, server alerts, etc would be a great addition to the hosting service.

It seems like vBulletin, the forum software that we're using right now, comes with that feature.

I agree that it's a good idea; seems like the only thing left to do is integrate it, as nothing needs to be done particularly differently for RSS to work.

Agreed, but I could have sworn that I saw RSS subscription buttons on here before. Maybe they got "lost" during an upgrade? :eek4:

We now have something similar to an RSS feed - x10Hosting now has an active Twitter account.

All Twitter profiles come with a built-in RSS feed where you can get RSS notifications for our Twitter updates. All News & Announcements and Server Alerts will be posted as a tweet on Twitter.

More details about the Twitter account can be found in the correlating thread in the forums:

http://forums.x10hosting.com/off-topic/101788-x10hostings-official-twitter-page-now-live.html

And for those who don't want to read that thread, the x10Hosting Twitter URL is:

http://twitter.com/x10hosting
