You have probably gotten a few of these today. When I accessed RVSiteBuilder I got this message:
PEAR DB Error: unknown error
It seems an error has occured, the page you are trying to reach is not accessible. There are 2 solutions.
1. Cache is broken. Click here to auto fix the issue.
2. RVSiteBuilder installation is not completed successfully. Please contact your hosting provider to force update it using this command.
perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi --force
I did click the auto-fix option a few times but, it didn't work, except once. I went to edit my page then, it gave another error. So, I clicked Back Page and received this error again. I also reloaded the page a few times. Please, will you run the command. Is there anything that I can do, from my side, the next time this happens and the auto-fix doesn't work? Thank you.
