After I asked to be put on intermidate PHP, I lost access to my cpanel, site and ftp. Thought maybe it was an issue with the upgrade, but my account information shows that everything is up and running.

I know it was working, as I've been adding to it today.

It seems port 2082 is being blocked, check your firewall settings.

Firewall is off. Can access port 2082 through Hostgator (I am admin for a friends forum), so it doesn't seem to be that.

Also, double checked my router settings, and I have no ports blocked currently, and still can't access cpanel.

I've just checked the IP: 74.9.XXX.XXX (the IP of the computer you used to post), and it's not being blocked by x10hosting firewall.
Is this the IP of the computer you're having problems to access?
What do you get when pinging your website?
Can you see: http://67.228.161.43/ ?

Ping is timing out.

Got Cpanel for a moment, then it went down again.

Checked from two other computers, and had a few friends check from their homes, and none are getting anything, even had them check for Cpanel (they know about as much about computers as a newborn), and they didn't even get a log-in screen

I can access it now. It may have been something with Florida, as that's where I had everyone checking from.
