Same old Problem!

I can access my site now.... I think its ok. My site http://techproguy.x10hosting.com

I cant access using http://techproguy.co.cc

What am i supposed to do. Now the same problem i had last time repeat.
I get this error when i go to my admins http://techproguy.co.cc/wp-admin/ page.

Your server absolut is not totally migrated yet, wait till it completed.

This means your PHP Script Memory usage hit the 32 MB limit. What plugins are you running? Try disabling some.

The limit for PHP here was 64 MB at the old servers and the new servers have not been configured for memory limit yet.
