Script does not utilize database.

Hello,

I've just uploaded a wordpress website via ftp and have created the database etc.

However, the site isn't working properly and when I look at the settings for the website - all I see is "Script does not utilize database." Can someone tell me what this means and how I fix it as my website is broken!

Where are you seeing this error message? Your website seems to be loading fine for me at this time.
