Second account for experimentation?

I already have one account here that I depend on:

I want to modify it so that I only have to write my navigation bar once, and call it into the index and subpages with the command:
<?php include('navbar.php');?>

I've tried it elsewhere, and it seems to work, and I want to do the same thing here, but ......

Nothing ever works right the first time, and I want to keep this site up and running while I experiment.

So, my question is, can I have a 2nd account to experiment with until I get it right?

No is no, and if this isn't allowed, then it isn't allowed, and I'll have to do my experimenting on my one and only account. Please someone let me know, and if a second account is allowed, please let me know how I can create one

Users may only have active a single account at any given time, signing up for multiple accounts will result in a suspension of service.
