Hi

I want to SCP a file from a rpi to a directory on the server

Is port 22 open?

And I have created a directory called pictures.
How do I find the owner of that directory?
Is the owner my username ?

Port 22 (SSH) is not open for free hosting customers; the owner of the directory would be your cpanel username.

As a note to this however:
