Secure WebDisk stopped working

I don't want to bother the admins just yet so I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with WebDisk. It was working fine since I developed my webpage here but it stopped working a couple of days ago. It's https:// <username>.x10hosting.com:2078. The error dialog box says "https://<username>.x10hosting.com:2078/ is no longer available. The cPanel indicates that eveything is ok.

Is this due to something in the system upgrade or should I put in a trouble ticket on this?​
