For some odd reason, every time i try to visit the control panel: https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/
My browser keeps freaking out and saying the security for this website is considered "malicious" and microsoft is sending me tons of emails saying something about a scam.

I would like to know why this is happening.
I cannot connect and I would like to use my site.

here is another reason its giving me: "This CA Root certificate is not trusted because it is not in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store."

They haven't updated the SSL certificate for the server yet. That is why you are getting those warnings.

Try using:

http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/

It isn't "as secure as SSL", but you won't be getting the warnings.
