Self unsuspend not working

Hi I have been trying to self unsuspend my account (suspended due to inactivity). Unfortunately the self unsuspend feature is not working. I would appreciate if anyone can help me unsuspend my account. Thank you.

You may have reached the maximum amount of times you can unsuspend yourself. The best thing you can do is open a support ticket and someone will be able to help you.

Even better you can upgrade to Prime and you won't have to worry about suspensions as much as a free account.
