Help With selling site/domain

Hi I have a site www.igames.org.uk which I am currently looking into trying to sell. To start of with what should be a competitive asking price for the domain or the whole site.

It has made no money with no loss either
with traffic info here http://www.histats.com/viewstats/?SID=854899&SEID=

I wish to try and sell it at this time so myself and the other shareholder can work on new projects.

Ok. The site is Ok but the owner did not supply
any transaction information.
Is it that anyone interested should pm you or what?
