send email from PHP never received

Trying to send email using php. For some reason it is never received and I have no syntax errors on the page. Are you blocking outbound email from the free hosting accounts? I am only sending to my personal email address since this site is under development and I am working on the registration system. If there is no server/network based reason I will look at my code again. I am using the php "mail()" function to send the email. Any ideas or information would be appreciated.

There is a known bug that is being worked on where email sent with content-type: text/html is being rejected. Changing the content-type to text/plain will correct this. You can also consider signing up for Google Apps and then have Google manage your mail instead of X10Hosting.
