Hello support,
sorry to trouble you, but I've been trying for hours to get emails working with my zen cart setup. Even when doing the setup in Evolution mail client, I can receive mail, but it doesn't seem to work for outgoing.
outgoing parameters used for zen cart:
tried sendmail first since we seem to be on unix-like system. Didn't work, zen can't access the folder
tried then SMTP **** port 25 with login ***** : it seems to work well, I get a confirmation msg from zen cart, but I don't get any email in my gmail account (nor in the spam folder).
So I tried in Evolution mail client, with the same parameters, I can't send mails, I get a timeout error. So I tried with SSL and port 465. The mail goes out ! Hooray !... But two hours later, I didn't received the mail in my gmail account yet...
Can I ask you what parameters I'm supposed to use ? Or - bad luck today - is mail service on Chopin down ?
