[Senior Staff]2 Parked Domains

Hi, I'm trying to add a parked domain to my "jovenesucc.x10hosting.com" account. I've already added (long time ago) "www.jovenesucc.com.ar" (it's working and i want to keep it), but I'm not able to add "www.uccsanjuan.com.ar" (recently bought) becouse it tells me this: "Error from park wrapper: uccsanjuan.com.ar is owned by another user" (yes!, me, 2 weeks ago, before cpanel fixes). Can anybody help me? Thanks a lot!

INFO:

• Account: jovenesucc.x10hosting.com
• 1st parked domain: www.jovenesucc.com.ar
• 2nd parked domain: www.uccsanjuan.com.ar
• CPanel username: uccuyo
• Both domains must point to public_html folder.
• I can enter to cpanel form 2nd domain, but i can not modify parked domains from there.

Thank you very much Kansy for your help, I could fix it deleting all parked domains, re-setting the original form Account Manager, and creating all again from the very beginning. Thank you!

Muchas gracias Kansy por tu ayuda, lo pude resolver eliminando todos los parked domains, restableciendo el original desde el Account Manager, y volviendo a crear dodo desde cero. Muchas Gracias!

A while ago I was able to add the "Parked Domain" i wanted to my CPanel. It worked perfect, However, I am now with the news I can not access the page from the new domain (uccsanjuan.com.ar). Despite being added Cpanel, still appears poster cpanel & apache installed. However, from my primary domain (jovenesucc.com.ar) I can enter perfectly, and also from the X10hosting sub domail.
I do not know if this is something temporary or not, that's why I re-opened this thread
