Hi,

I need help please, probably from senior staff . I need to add CNAME record for my domain to access google apps.

Google's guide:

Changing CNAME record

To use the custom URL mail.esounds.co.cc, you must change the CNAME record with your domain host.
  1. Sign in to your domain hosting service.
  2. Navigate to your DNS Management page. The location and name of this page will vary by host, but can generally be found in Domain Management or Advanced Settings.
  3. Find the CNAME settings and enter the following as the CNAME value or alias:

    mail
  4. Set the CNAME destination to the following address:

    ghs.google.com
I am also getting an error when I try to set my MX Records

Details:

Change MX for esounds.co.cc Priority 0 to ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

Error:

There was a problem changing the mx entry
Error fetching zone data for esounds.co.cc.db's MX

Kindly help me out in these two matters :happysad:

God Bless You.

Can you confirm that the CNAME has been added and working properly?
