SEO on joomla again....

hi guys, i've already i thread like this, last time it was solved...
but i have reinstalled joomla, and when i put those SEO configs on, it gives an 404 error or 500 internal server error....

Zubair did last time, but he didnt explain how to fix it....

can someone help plz???
