Server 500 error upon clicking upgrade/ support in cpanel

My Website is becoming rather graphics heavy and the the disk space usage has become full. The site is http://cincoflores.x10host.com

when i click on upgrade/support i get a server 500 error. please see screenshot

i contacted your twitter handle and was directed here. i was told if i met the criteria i would be given extra space. what is the criteria

what is the criteria

for new x10hosting's free-hosting accounts - disk space is initially limited at either 512MB or 1024MB. Users may request (in this forum) for unmetered disk space once they have used over 50% of their current disk space limit - AND have had the account for over 7 days - AND the account is in good standing (no current suspension) - AND the account has a valid website that follows x10hosting's Terms of Service (TOS)
