Server block

when I go on to a page that has php and mysql it says
"Warning: mysql_select_db() [function.mysql-select-db]: Host 'boru.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/habbmad/public_html/spotlight/db.php on line 7"

How do I unblock it by using flush-hosts?

Nothing you can do on your end. It is a Server Issue. Admins know about it already, we can only wait
