Server boru down from AZ

both my x10 accounts on servers skyy and boru have been more down then up for the last hour
traceroute drops out

Boru itself is up (can't check skyy but I'd imagine the same) - your tracert is failing before it gets to the datacenter though.

Evidence of that is the last IP it stops at says it's somewhere in Texas; the datacenter itself is in Chicago. If the problem isn't on x10's network there's not a whole lot we can do
