Server Down again

Your server is going down too frequently.Plz take some serious steps.Iam getting following error while running any script on my site..

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved


While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.champs.x10hosting.com/***************
The following error was encountered:

• Connection Failed

The system returned: (111) Connection refused
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again. Your cache administrator is root.

Its the third time in a day it has gone down.Plz help........

I get the domain just fine, only it gives x10 default index page, you'd need to create an index file to put in public_html before some notices, not having a index file would be against TOS

No index file is there,Its showing me in serivce status that httpd is down..

going to: http://www.champs.x10hosting.com/ only shows x10hosting default index file, the one they welcome you to the service

If you have uploaded your own index file you would need to delete the default one by the look of things
