server down and cpanel down

Hello can you please tell me when you are going to have the servers stable?? its now been over 24hrs and the server has been down more then its been up and that has been the same with the cpanel.
My Main Domain is: hte.x10hosting.com

Perhaps you can explain your issue in more detail. I am able to view hte.x10hosting.com with no problems, however, you do not have index.html (or index.php) in the public_html directory, therefore a directory listing is displaying.
http://hte.x10hosting.com/healthtrecexpress/ works
as does
http://hte.x10hosting.com/hte/

Are you still unable to access your cPanel?

carl6969 every five to ten min the server goes down then its fine for 20 to 30 min then it goes back down its like a yo-yo all i am asking is when will the servers be stable?? so this up and down stops?? also i just checked and the cpanel is still not working right i can log in but its stuck in mid way i cleared my private data reloaded the browser still does the same thing.
