Server Down Time

My entire site, complete with blog, shop, and community services requiring daily updates and receiving daily traffic has now been down for most of the day, and the support team so far has ignored my request for help.

It looks like the servers have been hacked, and I strongly advise against anyone logging into their site until this is resolved.
