Server down - What's going on now!!

you should be able to access cPanel but with some errors on the statistic pane.

actually now even cPanel is unaccessible....

I'm heading to News/Announcements now to make a post on this; http://status.x10hosting.com/ has some updates now as well.

Long story short (cause I'm gunna type the long one in news/announcements), Starka and Stoli both locked up, and neither is coming back from the emergency reboot correctly. Starka is failing to load PHP properly, while Stoli's refusing to connect to the SAN. Stoli's been shut off completely as it can't mount /home, which means no one can see their files, leaving it completely dead in the water. Starka can still serve regular static pages/files (non-php based), and did mount /home properly, so Starka's on but in a state of minimal function. Admins have been notified and we're working to resolve this as quick as possible, it's just one particularly nasty glitch to hit us when we weren't expecting it.

UPSHOT: Data should be 100% intact. Stoli just can't see the SAN to actually retrieve the data.

I think the main concern is data - which i believe everyone should be glad none of it will be affected.

yeah we all hope so too but for a free service we premium features, I'm not complaining..

anyways i managed to logon to cpanel and my site is back online - Stoli server.

The status says Stoli and Starka are down, but I'm on Boru and it's down, too.

Edit: Seems Boru is up and running now.
