I have the domain www.ej3webdesigns.co.cc and I am getting a page not displayed message. I am able to view other sites, but mine is down. Are there server issues?

your domain resolves to wrong IP.
You need to login to co.cc and change the configuration, recommended is setting the name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
For A record you need to set it to: 69.162.70.130
