Server down?

My site has been down for at least 7 hours. I can't even access cPanel- (http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082). Is Chopin down?

From what I can see, yes. Comes back up for awhile, but then has MySQL problems (since I would guess a majority of sites use MySQL, this is functionally the same as Apache being down).

No service alerts.

That was 24 hours ago. And that was about Apache. MySQL has been the major problem.

Php too that includes the modules that connect to mysql. There may be some errors that are still being looked into with the new changes.

Is it normal for the host server to be down alot?

No x10 tries to keep as high uptime as possible. The current errors are only temporary.
