Server down

Thank you for the great free hosting service but please try do not reboot the server when the users are working on. I was bringing some information to my users and the server was down because the Crossac admin decided to reboot the server.

Sometimes servers need to be rebooted, as webservice is a 24/7 global issue, its always going to be a bad time for someone.
