we hosted our web site at your site. now the server has been down for more than 3 hours. the url is www.helmin.elementfx.com. please be kind enough to take this situation in to considarationg.

You can try that and see. If it says Unsuspended, you should be fine. It wasn't updating with the real server status, but I'd assume that Un/Suspended status would be right.
