Server Error 500 After Installing Trellis

I'm experiencing a server error 500 after installing trellis on the index.php.

Admin.php is functioning.

Hi,

Strangely, it looks like that isn't a 500 error, but your software is actually serving a blank page. I don't have any experience with Trellis Desk; perhaps you could contact them about this?

Chrome shows that it received a 500 HTTP response.
Most often this would show up due to server misconfiguration. Or rather, when there is a fatal error in PHP. (Usually happens in web servers like Nginx, but Apache can do it too.)

As @Dead-i said, best to check their support to figure out what's up.
