server error (500 error)

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am building a charity site using the free x10 hosting facility. Recently I was encountered with the above mentioned error. (500 error). I can upload image to the website, but unfortunately I cant update what type in the site. Whenever I type new thing i cant update it. When i click update, it doesnt update and the server error (500 error) comes. Please help me out here. thank you in advace.

Thank you for your kind reply sir, I installed a wp cache clearing plug in and now the problem is resolved.
