Server Error Not Found on Email account

I cannot send or receive email on my info@marjoriescracked.com account. When I refresh the page to see if there are new emails, it says "Server Error! Not Found". I tried sending emails to that account from several other email accounts and they were not received nor can I send mail from the account. Is this just a temporary problem with the server? I just opened my account this week but it has been working fine.

I was using Firefox - tried Internet Explorer and I do see my test emails have been received. However, it is still not letting me send emails from the account using Firefox or Internet Explorer.

Is this on X10?
Try the webmail application in cPanel. Roundcube it's called.
Check your port numbers are correct for SMTP for trouble sending errors.

Your settings should look something like this...

Username= whatever you set it to. On an X10 email address username a plus sign (+) replaces the at sign (@)
Incoming server=mail.[yourdomain] eg mail.mysite.x10.bz
Outgoing server=mail.[yourdomain] (same as incoming)
Outgoing mail port is 25
Outgoing mail requires authentication (needs you username and password)
