Server error (Lotus)

There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket.

Lotus support ticket wont work go to forums. I have been uploading a basic html index page and it will not show. I started this account a few days ago and so far I have not been able to figure out what is going on with x10, is this the Lotus server? Is this how most new free webspace accounts flow?

Can some one help me? I cannot make a single website show. Even a basic index page only shows server error.
