Server Error

hi,
my account id is: wiredlab
domain: wiredlabs.tk

I have a basic joomla + virtuemart bundle uploaded to the root directory i.e (home/wiredlab/public_html/ )

My database is created with proper user access.

however,
when i try to run the installation i am shown http://staff.x10hosting.com/default.web.page/ with the following error

Server Error

There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket.

I have waited for a few days now and have finally created a ticket about it.
