Server Error

Hi
I am trying to access my website using the server but when I use the main domain link I get
Server Error
There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket.

I also tried publishing a basic website and it said outgoing tcp port 80 needs to be opened?
What shall I do?
