This morning, I opened a new account. I have uploaded to the public_html folder some files to try out the service, but every time I try to access my site at http://epictelly.x10.mx I am redirected to the following page:
http://staff.x10hosting.com/default.web.page/ : with the error message "Server Error. There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily. If the issue persists, create a support ticket."
I have tried waiting several hours to see if it's just a time issue, and i have cleared my browser's cache periodically just in case, but I still get the same error.
As my index file is a .php file, I also tried replacing this with a very basic index.html file but this made no difference.
Can you help please? Thank you.
