I recently signed up for hosting, and have completed the sign up protocols, attempted to use the web site designer (which failed), when trying to go to my website domain (www.lightgoddess.x10.mx), I recieve a server error.
I tried replacing index.php with a test page, which had no effect.
I checked the status page and see nothing about my server (starka) being down.
I am currently able to login to ftp, cPanel and webmail fine, it is just attempting to access the domain which results in a server error.
How can this be resolved.
