Server Error

Hello,
I just reopened my hosting account. No I deleted every thing in the public_html folder and added just an index.html.
When I try to connect to maebert.x10.bz I only get this message:

There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket.

Could you please help me with this situation?

The server you are on has been rather rudy over the past few days. Technical staff has been notified and are working to solve the problem.
