i can get to my index page but my forum = this error

seems my members can't get in either

There has been some kind of screw up somewhere. My entire site is being loaded from the backup directory, so all the content on it is dated, and none of my PHP includes work now since they are looking in the normal directory, not the backup one. And I'm getting the Internal Server Error's.

really annoying the ftp times out alot
even only for a few seconds

major downside:
whatever you were uploading or downloading got cancelled
even when the server is up,it seems to "lag" every 15 minutes for a few seconds
